ここでは刀としてますが、刃物商品を説明するときの文章です。
鋼は「安来鋼白1号」(ヤスキハガネ)というものを使っていますが、
英文ですと「Yasugi Speciality Steel」となるようなので、
そこに白1号を付け足して英訳してください。

この刀は未使用品(新品)です。鋼は「安来鋼白1号」を使っています。

安来鋼は出雲地域(島根県と鳥取県)の砂鉄が原料で、
日本の古代から使われてきた高級特殊鋼です。

刃先は日本の伝統的な刃物研ぎ職人によって、切れ味抜群に研いであります。

刃の表面にサビやキズは一切なく、最高に良いコンディションです。

現代の日本で未使用品(新品)の刀は大変、貴重でなかなか手に入りません。

また、伝統的な製法で刀を作れる鍛冶職人もほとんどいなくなりました。

この刀は最高のコレクションになると思います。

This sword is unused (new). It is made of Yasugi Specialty Steel H1.

The Yasugi steel is made from iron sand from the Izumo Area (Tottori and Shimane Prefectures) and is specialty steel used from Ancient Japan.

The blade is sharpened by artisans trained in the traditional shapening techniques to exceptional sharpness.

There are no scratches or rust spots and it is in a pristine condition.

In today's Japan it is not easy to come by an unused (new) sward because they are very rare and valuable.

Further, the number of those swordsmiths who can produce them by traditional method are getting very small.

This sword is likely to become a highly prized item in your collection.
