お世話になります。
以下の2文なんですが、1つ目は

の後半 as we get it, which we have not yet, です。挿入句だと思いますが、特にasの意味とwhichの先行詞がわかりません。

二つ目は同じニュースの

の後の文のConyers breaks from most on Capitol Hill and in the
administrationの部分です。break from で「～から脱退する、脱する」という意味だと思うのですが、その後うまく訳せません。最後から3番目のパラグラフです。

　as we get it, which we have not yet,は「（証拠を）私たちが受け取るにつれて、まだ（この証拠は）受け取っていないが」で、この as は下記の　接続詞の３「～につれて」だと思います。

　これは下記の自動詞の10番「急に離れる」の意味で、一匹狼の定評のあるコニヤー議員が、米議会の多数派やホワイトハウスから離れて、という意味でしょう。
