2)私の母はよく近所の主婦とおしゃべりをして何時間も過ごすことがある
My mother sometimes spend hours talking with housewives in her neighborhood.

3)トムは新聞を読みながら座っていた
Tom sat reading a newspaper.

4)台所で何かが焦げている臭いがしませんか？
Don't you smell something burning in the kitchen?

2. My mother has a habit of spending few hours with chatting with neighbor wives.

3. Tom was sitting with reading a paper.

4. Don't you smell something gets burnd in the kitchen?
