　別の言語の声を当てる、つまり吹き替えることであれば、dub「吹き替える」で言えます。

You can choose [タイトル] dubbed in French and Spanish.


　音声多重放送は、a sound multiplex television broadcastと言ったりしますので、sound multiplexという表現を使う手もあるかと思います。

　言語の名前を言うだけでいいかと思います。
