今回の退職の手続きについてMr.Smithのサインが必要だと聞いています。
それは手続き的なプロセスでのMr.Smithのサインが必要なのですか？それとも、お金の問題で、最後の給料の支払いや帰国の航空券の為にMr.Smithのサインが必要なのでしょうか？
とにかく私は急用があるので、Mr.Smithのサインがなくても出国できる方法を探れませんか？
車の保険が解約出来たら、次は医療保険ですが、Mr.Suzukiも同じ問題で止まっているので、そこは一緒にプッシュできませんか？

I hear that Mr.Smith's signature is required for the procedure for my retirement this time.

Is it needed in the process of the procedure, or in the respect of money, i.e. for the payment of my last paycheck and the airfare for going back home?

Anyway, I have an emergency I have to deal with, so could you please search for a way where I can leave the country without his signature?

If the cancelation of the automobile insurance is suceeded, the medical insurance comes next, and these issues have barred Mr.Suzuki as well.
Would it be possible to work on these matters for both of us, together with the other procedures?
