Yeah I'm from India. I moved to NZ when I was 3 so I've been here for 16 years. I like to think I'm a New Zealander. Yeah Indians a pretty cool place if you do go don't go to the city's they aren't that great it'd the county and stuff you need to look at

友達からこのようにラインがきました。

私はインド出身です。

I moved to NZ when I was 3 so I've been here for 16 years.
私が3歳のときにNZに引っ越したので、NZには16年間住んでいることになります。

I like to think I'm a New Zealander.
だから私はニュージーランド人だと思うことが好きです。

インドはとてもいい場所です。

ここまでは訳せたのですがそのあとのifから全部訳せません。

if you do go don't go to the city's they aren't that great it'd the county and stuff you need to look at

いろいろとタイプミスもあるみたいだからある程度「想像」を入れて訳すの(｀･ω･´)

・もし行くのなら都市部には行かないほうがいいよ、だってそんなにすごくないから

＞ it'd the county and stuff you need to look at

・見るべき場所は田舎とかそういうとこなんだよ。

if you do go

もし訪れる場合は
don't go to the cities
都市部は行っちゃだめだよ
they aren't that great
そんなにいい所じゃないから
it'd the county and stuff you need to look at
見るべき所は田舎とかの方ですよ

と３つに区切ると訳しやすくなるかも。
文法的に？と思うところがありますが、推測で訳すならば

うん、もしあなたが絶対行くんだとしたらインドはすごくカッコいいところですよ。

いろんな都市部の街にはいかないで。

そういったところは国の中でも、あなたが見るべきものとしても重要なものじゃないから。
