eitherの用法についてお尋ねします。

Either this fact won't be changed or be denied by any body.
否定文を伴うeitherはどちらも～ないとの認識なのですが、ここでのeitherは副詞用法との理解でよろしいでしょうか？
また、or 以降平叙文を置けるものでしょうか？
そもそもジーニアスの用法ではAかBどちらかとの解説があり、否定文が入っていてもどちらかが一方が違うとの例文が散見されますが｢Either she didn't see me or she deliberately ignored me｣、両者否定でのeitherで異なる解説（両者否定になる）があり、どちらが正しいのか整理が付けにくいのですが、解説頂ければ幸いです。
また両者否定を表す用法を例文を入れて教えていただければ助かります。

はて、どこでしょうか？

Either A or B は「AかBかのどちらか；AでなければB」です。
either の右側に not があっても、関係ありません。
次の三段論法を見てください。

If John gets the job and works hard, then he will be promoted.
If John gets promotion, then he will be happy.
He will not be happy, therefore, either he will not get the job or he will not work hard.
「仕事がないか、一所懸命働かないかのどちらか」


あるいはこういうパラフレーズではどうでしょうか。

Either you will not have soup, or you will not have salad.
= Either it is not the case that you get soup, or it is not the case that you get salad.
= ¬S1∪¬S2
= スープを飲まないか、サラダを食べないかのどちらか
