ご質問者さんの文で問題ありませんが、＃２さんの文の方がベターですね。

でも、丁寧な依頼として こんな表現もあります。

You would be doing me a big favour if you drew me an illustration with a lot of golden ornaments on the bandaged woman, such picture as the sample I've sent you.

(would like, bandaged, It should look like, I)

It should look like the sample image I sent.

want よりも、would like toの方が相手に対して、丁寧かなと思いました。
My request is like the sample I sent.

sample imageは相手が送ったものではなく、あなたが添付したものではないのですか？
あなたが送ったのであれば、you sentではなく、I sentと思います。
