海外のホテルに送るメールの翻訳をお願いします。

・私宛の手紙が今日届いている筈なので、到着しているか確認してほしい。
・1月26日のチェックインまで預かっていてほしい

以上の2つをメールで伝える英文を教えてください。
因みに、数日前に郵便物は預かってもらえるのかを問い合わせて、OKの返信はもらっています。

Could you kindly confirm for me whether you have received a letter attentioned to me？
When you have it, please keep till my already-scheduled check-in on 26th January.

Attentionは名詞だがこのような場合動詞としてつかえる。
手紙が着く確率が高いので　IfでなくWhen
on 26th January の前置詞はAtでなくOn

ホテル側がどの宿泊客か簡単に確認できるようにフルネームと宿泊予定の日付を明記して問い合わせする形にしてます。

(*1)XXにフルネームをいれ、(*2)XXにチェックアウトする日付をいれてください。もしチェックアウトが二月ならJanuaryをFebruaryにかえてください。(*3)XXはファーストネームいれてください。

My name is (*1)XX. I will be a guest at your hotel from January 26th to January (*2)XX. I'd appreciate if you could check whether you have received a letter addressed to me and let me know by return email either way. The letter is important for me. I look forward to hearing from you.
