自分なりに調べて訳してみましたがあってますでしょうか。
throw out だとあまり自然な英語でない感じがしています・・
アドバイスいただけましたら幸いです。どうぞ、よろしくお願いします。

「ある朝通勤ラッシュで」を「ある朝」として、最後の部分の「人混みに嫌気がさして」を「ラッシュアワーで通勤の人混みに嫌気がさして」にまとめた方が分かりやすいです。

asを理由として使う場合は文頭で使うのが普通です。asは他にも訳がいろいろとあるので、ここではbecauseの方がいいでしょう。
また、「仕事を投げ出す」のthrow outは物理的に「物を放り出す、投げ捨てる」感じですが、この文の意味としては「通勤ラッシュにうんざりして職場に行くのを放棄してしまう」と言うことですね。あなたの文を生かしつつ、それらの表現に変えて以下のようにしました。

One morning, a man suddenly gives up going to his office because he gets sick of a commuting crowd in the rush hour.

アメリカに住んでるネイティブで日本語の学習者です。

「突然仕事を投げ出してしまう」ってまだ発生してないことですね。でも、英語で過去形にしたら、自然だと思って以下を書きました。
The man suddenly got so sick and tired of the crowdedness during morning rush hours that he went as far as throwing away his job.
OR
The man suddenly got so sick and tired of the crowdedness during morning rush hours that he ended up throwing away his job.

でも、これも通じます。
The man suddenly gets so sick and tired of the crowdedness during morning rush hours that he would go as far as throwing away his job.
