I am a single mom to two incredible boys. My ex-husband's mother is my live-in nanny and general cheerleader (a story in itself). I have a great job, a beautiful home and a supportive boyfriend.

Even though I have absolutely nothing to complain about, sometimes I just want to run away. I want to be in a place for a day or a week (or a year) where no one needs or demands anything from me -- problems solved, forms signed, appointments made, cash doled out, Minecraft stories listened to, or even just time spent.

これ全部に共通することですが、no one needs or demands anything from me 「誰も私から必要とするもの、私に頼むことがない」の例として、「問題の解決、書類への署名、アポの取り付け、現金の引き出し、Minecraftの話の聞き手となること、などなど」が続いています。おそらくシングルマザーとして、またボーイフレンドの彼女として、元の旦那のお母さんとからも、皆にいろいろ頼まれることなどが押し寄せてくる日々から解放されたいのでしょう。

forms signed＝何かの書類にサインをすることです。

仕事をもっている人ですから、仕事関係かもしれないし、何かのローンや契約変更の書類かもしれないし、銀行や家計費に関することかもしれません。
Minecraft =人気のビデオゲームです。それに関する話を子供やボーイフレンド、別れた旦那さんのお母さんが彼女に話すのかもしれません。

書類がサインされること、意味はサインされた書類でも同じ
