I know this is not how you prefer to operate.  In fact, it may be so unusual and risky that you may prefer to not work with 3LL at all if we do not sign a contract.  If that is the case, I completely understand.  It is important to me that you feel comfortable selling 3LL.  If the lack of a contract makes you uncomfortable and you must consider other vendors, we would understand your decision to move away from 3LL.
