になるのですが

は間違ってますか？

これでどうでしょうか。
日本語には入っていませんが、
enjoy に目的語が必要なので、show を入れます。
和文英訳も英文和訳も、必要に応じて、
言葉を足したり、引いたりすることはよくあります。

プラネタリウムで見るものは show になります。

S+V+V+O という文型はありません。

We went to the planetarium and enjoyed it thereとかのほうが自然かと思います。enjoyed goingが変だという理由は他の回答者様がとても上手に説明されてるので私は省きます。

とゆー意味になります。プラネタリウムに行って「プラネタリウムを」楽しんだ。と言いたいなら We went to the planetarium and enjoyed it. のほうがいいと思います。

We enjoyed went to the planetarium.は enjoyed, went と動詞が2つ続いてしまうのでNG.
どうしてもenjoyed のあとを過去形にしたいなら We enjoyed having been to the planetarium. ( having gone は行ったきりまだ戻ってきてない意味になるので使えません。)

間違っています。

enjoy の目的語句節（名詞相当）がありません。went はその役をしません。

意味は分かるので　間違ってはいないですね。

（文部省・ご推薦の文法ではどうかは分からないけど）
