消灯から点灯にかわる 英語

いつもお世話になります。
以下の和文に対する英文は正しいでしょうか？

検出板を矢印方向に回転させ、装置のLEDランプが消灯から赤色点灯したところで、ネジを締める。

Rotate the detecting plate in the direction of the arrow, tighten the screw at the position
where the LED lamp of the device light up in red from light off.

Rotate the detecting plate in the direction of the arrow, and tighten the screw when the LED lamp of the device light turns from off to red.

回転中に点灯するという状況は、場所ではなくて時間と捉えるのがよいでしょうね
接続詞のandは、まあ無くてもよいでしょう。
