Cancellation made 14 days or more before your arrival will be refunded in full.

このような英文を見たのですが、refundの使い方として普通の使い方なのでしょうか？

Cancellations will be refunded..
キャンセルが返金される、、

なんか変な感じがしました。人が主語のパターンはよく見かけます。

たしかに，日本語と妙に整合性がとれる感じがする文で怪しいなと感じるのは不思議でありません。

ただ，少なくとも私の耳には自然な文として響きます。（この感覚，正答からズレがありましたらご容赦くださいませ。あくまでも私見です）

●refundのコロケーション(接続語)としてはcancellation(s)もあり，

We will refund cancellations.（キャンセルに対して返金致します）

として両単語は共起（自然な文のなかに一緒に存在）できます。ただ，どちらかというと受動態の文のほうが自然です。

能動態の例は，米国では

・Heritage Inspirationsのサイト

... we will refund cancellations when informing our team up to 14 days in advance.

などがあります。

また，英国のサイトでは

なんか日本人には妙にわかりやすい文なんだけれど、英語としては変だよね。

日本人が書いたのかなあ...
refund されるものは、reservation でも cancellation でもなく
fee とか payment なのだから、
The cancellation will be refunded. は意味不明。

ご質問のような refund の使い方は普通ではありません。

refund されるのは普通、人、切符、クレジットカードのチャージなど cancel された人、物です。従ってご質問にあるような cancellation will be refunded でも十分意味が分かり誤解されることはありませんが、変に感じる人は多いと思います。

ご質問の英文では何のキャンセルかが分からないので、何のキャンセルかは関係なしに書き換えるとすれば、一例として次のようになります。

For cancellation made 14 days or more before your arrival, refund will be made in full.

Cancellationsは「解約」という名詞、made 14 days or more before your arrival が「到着予定14日以上前に行われた」とCancellationsを修飾。

到着予定14日以上前の解約は全額返金されます。だから特に違和感はないですね。
