どなたか、英訳お願いします。

→毎週父のいる施設訪問しています。今は自分で食べること
も出来ず、介助されながらの食事をするようになりました。
その姿を見て、正直ショックで容態が悪くなればなるほど、
元気な頃の父の光景が強く去来してきます。
今はとにかく長生きしてほしいと思うばかりです。

日本語もおかしいと思いますが、意味合いが通じるよう

Every week, I'm visiting the nursing facility where my father stays.

So far he won't be able to eat all by himself, and therefore the nursing staff is
always helping and taking care of him whenever he eats his meal.

To tell the truth I was kind'a shocked, and it deeply reminds me that the beautiful times of my father's well-being conditions.

The only thing I'm desperately hoping now anyhow, that my father would stay around for long time as possible.

I visit the nursing home where my father lives ever week. He can

no longer to feed himself and needs assistant. Honestly, I feel shocked to see him like this and the worse his condition gets, the more vividly I remember how he was when he was healthy. Now,I just want him to live as long as possible.
