現地に住んでいる友達に空港まで、迎えに来て欲しい旨を伝えたいのですが…、どう表現すれば良いのか教えていただけると幸いです(>_<)

"もし、その日暇だったらで良いのだけど、空港まで迎えにきて欲しいかも…（朝、早いけど…）。だめ？ぶっちゃけ、(空港→ホテルまで辿り着けるか)ちょっと不安かも…なんて。ダメなら、がんばって一人でい行くけど。空港→ＣＩＴＹまでって、どのくらいかかるかな？"

という感じのニュアンスを伝えたいのですが、どうも上手く文章を作れません…。うまい言い方があれば教えてください…。

If you have time, I would like to ask you to come pick me up to the airport. I will arrive early in the morning.

Is it possible?
Because I'm not sure if I can get to the city on my own.
If you can't make it, I will try to find my way.
So could you tell me how long it takes to get to the city from the airport?

・・・pick up at～　とします。

例えばこんなのはいかがでしょう。
Hellow.
I'll arrive at Tokyo at 7 a.m. on this Saturday.
Well, I'm not confident I can find straight to Teikoku hotel.
Could you tell me the way and how long it takes to the hotel?
And if you can pick me up at the airport, I'm very happy.
