　「急に旅行へ行くことになり、28日（土）のレッスンはキャンセルします。急なことでもうしわけありません。」
　
　↑の文をメールで送りたいのですが、フォームを合わせて伝授いただけたら嬉しいです。宜しくお願いします。

E-mailで通知するのでしたら、電話をかけてお話しするような感じの文章でいいと思います☆　よくわかりませんが、キャンセルするだけでなく、日を改めてレッスンをするのであれば、こんな風に言うかしら♪

"As I am leaving on the 28th, (,which is this Saturday,) I need to cancel my reservation for the lesson. When I come back, I would call you to re-schedule for a make-up. Thanks!"

意訳になりますが、iswasbeさんがレッスンを受ける立場で、旅行から帰って来てから補習みたいにレッスンを受ける予定でしたら、上のようにしたら、いいのではないかしら☆　（　）の中は、あってもなくても構わないでーす♪
