「となる」と「になる」の違い　英訳

『となる』は最終的な段階まで変化してしまったという含みがあるため、『にぎやか・元気』のような最終段階の決めにくい表現には用いられにくい。『となる』はすべて『になる』にいいかえられるが、その反対はない

を英訳したくていろいろ考えてはいるのですが、どうにもうまく出来ません。
意味が変わらなければもう少し簡単な日本語にしてもよいので、
どうにか英語に訳してもらえませんでしょうか。

Because the expression "to naru" has an implication of finality (having reached the final stage of something) it can't be used with words like "nigiyaka" or "genki" where a final stage is difficult to clearly define. Any case of "to naru" can be replaced with "ni naru" but the reverse is not true.

　"To naru", which implies that something has changed into what it should be in the end, is difficult to be used with expressions like "nigiyaka" and "genki", which don't always mean that something is at its final stage. You can use "ni naru" whenever you have to use "to naru", but not vice versa.
