もし意味が分かる方がいらっしゃれば

それだったら詐欺メールで無視していいですが。

そうでなくて、実際に買ったものについて先方から払い戻しについてメールが来た、ということなんですか？

おっしゃるとおり５０ドルをクレジットカードに返金すると言っています。
払い戻しはペイパルからということでクレジットカード明細に載ります。もし質問があればBounty Music Inc.にご連絡ください、と。

あとは購入時の内容でしょう。

自動翻訳してみたら「ウクレレの小さな表面凹み」だそうです。これに対する払い戻しですか？

どのくらいで払い戻し手続きが終わるかは書いてないようですが、特に質問が無いなら、払い戻し確認できるまでこのままメールを保存しておけば良いと思います。
