時制の一致

「先週、来週行われるパーティーに参加できるかどうかを聞きました」とは英語でどうなるのでしょうか。
時制の一致で以下のような文になるのでしょうか。
Last week, I asked you that whether or not you attended the party that was holded on next week.

Last week, I asked you whether or not you attended the party

that would be held the next week.

Last week, I asked you if you attended the party
that would be held this week.

日本語には時制の一致もなければ，直接話法・間接話法の別があいまいです。
直接話法的に「来週」と言ったとして，そのまま間接話法でも「来週」ですが，
英語では直接話法の next week は間接話法では
the next week / the following week「翌週」
とするか，
先週からみた来週は今週のことなので，
this week とするか。

先週という発話時からみて，来週は未来なので，
その時制の一致で would となります。
hold-held-held は基本ですので，念のため。
あと，week につくのは in で，
さらに，next などがつくと必要なくなります。

あと，大事な点として，if/whether を用いると，that は使ってはいけません。

それと，attend 自体未来にする必要がありました。
Last week, I asked you whether you could attend the party (that would be) held
the next week.

can/could にすれば自動的に未来の意味は出ます。
