全然自信がありません。一応、赤本の回答があり急ぎではありませんので余力のある方にお願いします。

１）日本は世界でも温泉の数、湧出数がずば抜けて多く、ほとんどの日本人は温泉に対して強い親近感を抱いている。

Japan has the very most nature bath in the world.
Most japanese people like it.

2)ひとたび温泉に首までつかり、手足を伸ばすと思わず体内の疲れやストレスが全部吐き出されるような心地になって、至福の時をすごすことができる。

When they take nature baths and relax, they will feel themselves at home and past good time.

先程のを踏まえて例を…

1)Japan has much more springs than any other country in the world.So,most japanese feel strong affinity with them.
2)If we take a spring and relaxing,we can't help feeling as if tiredness and stress go away and so happy.

1)「温泉」は「spring」です。

また、一文と二文の間に「So」などを補い、二文目はlikeの前にveryなどを補うか、動詞をfeelに変えて強い親近感(strong affinity)を使うかした方がいいと思います。また温泉は複数あるのでitはthemにすべきです。
2)theyをwe、willをcan、pastをhave aに変えたらいいと思います。
