を英語にお願いします!

たとえば国家資格を得るのに３０歳の年齢制限があるとかですよね？

Your dream will not come true because of your age.

私ならもう少しドライに
I'm sorry but because of your age, you cannot get it.
と言うかもしれません。

(However,) I am regret to say that your request will not be able to come true because of your age.

(However,) Because of your age, (I am regret to say that) your request(hope) is not able to come true.
(However,) Because of your age, (I am regret to say that) your request(hope) hope will not be able to come true.

※上の４文を置きましたが、 request の部分には hope, wish, dream その他、具体的なものを入れ、ご自分のニュアンスにあった形をお選び頂けばいいと思います。
