最初の that は think の目的語となる that 節の that

「～だと思う」

次の２つは引用符があるように、that 'that' で「その that（という語）」で
that 節内の主語。

その that 'that' を関係代名詞節が修飾。
that は目的格の関係代名詞。

次は that は that man などの方がいいでしょう。
目的格 that の後に that (man) という主語、過去形の used
「その人が使った、その 'that' という語」
that 一語で「そちら、その人」としているのでしょう。

私は、その人がその文で使った、その 'that' という語はおかしい、と思う」
