私たちが必要とする有用で信頼出来る情報の中には、誤った情報や好ましくないバイアス(偏見)が含まれているもの(＝情報)があります。

例えば、ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻で、ロシアが流す情報には真実もあるがいかにも真実らしい誤った情報もある、みたいなことですね。

よく見ると、文の型はSVC。

もっと単純に見ると、{ }でくくったところの
information is information.
情報は情報である。

　間違った情報、もしくは
