主語は誰を想定しているのでしょうか。

「人類」なら
We are born on the earth and back into the earth.
we are back into the earth in the end.
「地球上のすべて」なら
All is born on the earth and back into the earth.
All is back into the earth in the end.

「地球で生まれ、地球に還ること」みたいな意味なら
Born on the earth and back into the earth
