東京は便利だし、新しい事もあるけど、日本の会社はストレスも多いと思う。
東京は物質な所。
私は他の国に住んだことないけど３カ月だけタイの学校に行ってました。

A:Tokyo is convenient so that there is not only new things but also very stressful things at Japanese offices.

B: I think Tokyo is a material place. I've never lived in any other countries, but I've been to a school in Thailand for 3 months.

色々な言い方がありますが、一例として

Tokyo is (very) convenient and there're many new things there, but Japanese companies are stressful, I think.

Tokyo is (, so to speak,) a material place. (so to speakは「いわば」）

I've lived in Tailand just for 3 months, but I've never lived in any other foreign country.
