ageとaged (〜歳の)。
「People age 14」 で「14歳の人々」という意味になりますか？
速読速聴英単語という参考書でそのような表現を見たんですが辞書にはagedでしかその使い方は載っていませんでした。

(1) People ★age 14 and older★ are ....

(2) People aged 14 and older are ....
(4) People at the age of 14 and older are ....
(5) People 14 years old and up are ....

これらはすべて正しいです。(1) については、昨日のアメリカの新聞に次のような用例が見つかります。

Before this year, the program that teaches ★people age 14 to 20★ about police work while they volunteer at city events was self-funded.

age 14 で number 1 みたいな同格で

the age of 14 というのと同じです。

さらにこのような年齢表現は後置修飾的に形容詞的に使えるので
14歳以上の人々
という意味で正しいです。
