この関係副詞の書き換えで

This is the park which Mozart used to take a walk in the park after dinner.

この場合も、関係代名詞の目的格になるのでしょうか？

うーん、関係代名詞でも関係副詞でも、関係詞節中、

つまり、関係詞の後に、先行詞がもう一度出てくることはありません。

the park に対して、関係代名詞 which を使うなら in which ですが、
which があれば、the park は当然なくなります。

the park in which Mozart used to walk after dinner
the park which Mozart used to walk in / after dinner
the park that Mozart used to walk in / after dinner
the park Mozart used to walk in / after dinner

／は切れ目をわかりやすくするためのものです。

単純に置き換えると

the house where he lives
the house in which he lives
the house which he lives in
the house that he lives in
the house he lives in

in は後ろに残す書き方と which とつなげる書き方があります。
いずれにせよ、the park は後には出てきません。
