A: Your kiss. Then he will be your boy friend.
B: No kidding.

male friend と　boyfriend を区別して書いてみました。これは、male friend
用です。

Boyfriendなら、
A: Hi, B! What's the matter with yo? You seem to be thinking something seriously.
B: No, nothing.
A: Really?
B: By the way, What makes my man happy, when he has a present?
A: Your heart. Then he will be proposing you.
B: No kidding.
