tweezers は通例複数では？　scissors の様に。

Don’t use （operate) the machine with a pipe inserted in it.

will not be able to hold it well.　主語がない　Itの指すものが不明 　なぜ未来形


If a tweezer is in very bad condition もしピンセットの状態が非常にに悪いと

you are not able to hold well うまく保持できない（英語では主語が必要なのでこのような言い方がある）


Should not work while inserted pipe is into the machine.
Don't work while inserted pipe is into the machine. (禁止の命令形）
Don't work while a pipe is in the machine Insertedが余分

Insertを使うなら
Don't work while　a pipe is inserted into the machine(　is being insertedの方がいいが、これでもOK)

いい英語ではありませんが意味は通じます。
