「困っている時はお互い様」

「困っているときは」means “in time of trouble.”

「お互い様」means something like “reciprocal.”
All together, 「困っている時はお互い様」means that when I am in trouble, I will expect the same kindness from you, so you don't have to feel very much indebted for what I have done.

困っている時は means "when you are in need"
お互いさま means "each other"、but it implies "help".
Then 困っている時はお互い様 is translated " No poblem.It is not worth thanking me of you.It is natural that we help each other in need."
