英作文の添削をお願いします

“The Internet needs to be controlled more strictly.”


I agree this proposal for the following reasons.
First, the Internet is very dangerous. I heard a news that a crime was committed by Internet. The Internet enables us to interact with a lot of people who we do not know. It is exciting and very useful, but you may involve in a crime. Of course, it is important for us to be careful when we use the Internet. However, we sometimes cannot be aware of dangerous even if we are careful, so I think that the Internet should be controlled.
Second, we should do several things. We tend to spend using the Internet a lot of time because it is fun. However, in my opinion, we should experience a lot of things for our future.
For these reasons, I think that the Internet should be restricted more strictly.

(1) I agree this proposal・・・前置詞が抜けています。
⇒I agree with this proposal[またはopinion](agree toよりもこちらが普通）

(2) I heard a news that a crime was committed by Internet.
a news・・・newsは不可算名詞なので、aを付けるのはおかしい。別の表現を使うべき。
a crime was committed by Internet・・・これだと犯罪を犯す主体がインターネットになってしまうので「on the Internet」にすべき(Internetには定冠詞theも必要）。
⇒I often hear that numerous crimes are committed on the Internet.

(3) No.1の方のYou may be involved in crimesでも分からないことはないのですが、これだと「自分が犯罪に関わる」の意味だと誤解される可能性があります。
ですので、例えば、you may become [またはcan be] the victim of cybercrimes（サイバー犯罪の犠牲者となるかもしれない）などと言えばいいのではないでしょうか？

もっといい表現があるかもしれません。ですが、現時点で気付いた点を述べさせていただきました。

cannot be aware of dangerous →cannot be aware of dangers (×形容詞　〇名詞)

we should do several things.
ネット以外にやるべきことがあるというニュアンスなら、'we have a lot of things to do without the Internet.'
などとしてはいかがでしょうか。

spend using the Internet a lot of time
時間を無駄にする意味を強調したいのであれば'spend too much time on the Internet'
としてはどうでしょうか。

あとはNo.1のかたの指摘と同じです。
とても読みやすい文章だと思いますよ。
