To start with, little children can soak up language easily compared to adults.
And it’s essential for everyone to speak in English in this global society.
So children should be exposed to English as early as possible.

Furthermore, you can have so many choices of your future.
Some of current works need higher levels of English skill. If you want to become them, you must learn so hardly.
However, if you learn English since you are little, you might learn it having fun rather than give it up. So you can easily improve your English skill much more. So You can have many choices of works.
In summary, you can expand your possibilities by learning English since you’re little.

works は不可算名詞。
またこの場合、適切ではない。
家族のために料理を作るのも work。

職という場合は job 。
賃金が支払われるのが job。

「of your future」以降は文法的な間違いが目立ちますが、たぶん言おうとしていらっしゃることは、伝わっていると思います。

ちなみに、「rather than give it up」は不要なのではないでしょうか。文法的には間違っているし、墓穴掘ってる気がします。
