英文での催促メールに関しまして

ビジネスメールで依頼した内容に関して、依頼先から反応がなく、状況について教えてほしい旨メールをしたいのですが、以下のような英訳でよいでしょうか？

「4/21にメールで依頼した以下内容に関しましてその後お返事をいただいておりません。状況について教えていただけないでしょうか。」

I have not received a reply regarding the following information that I requested in my email on April 21st.Could you tell me about the situation?

こんな感じでよろしいでしょうか？添削をお願いします。電話ではなくメールでの返信を希望しています。よろしくお願いいたします。

＊商用通信だと、"I" よりは "we" がいいと思います。
