答えは２番ですけど、どうして１番はだめですか？

1. Right. The answer is 1.

2.If you choose 1, the sentence will mean "called me over while holding me tight."
"-nagara" means "while -ing" and "yobidasu" means "call over (from some place else)" which means that at this point 僕 is not with the person who called 僕 over. If 僕 is not with this person, how could this person hold 僕 tight? That's impossible unless this person is a ghost.

3. １番目でもいいです。１ is alright, too. But I suppose that if you were to be given 4 answers to choose from on a test, you should be choosing the BEST answer. 1 is okay, but 4 is more like it.

　　日本語は「僕に抱きつきながら」
　　どの答えも変、正解なし
3　１番目は意味を成さない。3でもよいかもしれないが比較すれば4が
　　よい。
