「誠に申し訳御座いませんが、
(保護者様同伴の場合でも)19時以降は、16歳未満のお客様のご入店ができません。」

この文章の英訳をお願い致します。
また、お客様へ伝えるためですので、失礼の無い様配慮して頂けると幸いです。
宜しくお願い致します。

口頭で「ただいまの時間は～」を伝える場合は、こんな感じでも大丈夫でしょうか？
Persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted in this time.

宜しくお願い致します。

The entrance of this store after 19:00 is limited to the customers at the age of 17 and above, ｅven if they are accompanied with the parent(s) or guardian(s).

口頭なら、
I’m afraid, person at 16 years old or younger age cannot enter the store at this time.

とか、貴方のでも良いと思いますよ。　ただ、「in」　ではなくて　[at」 に変えたほうがいいと思います。　あと、Persons も Customers の方が良いかな、なんて思います。 口頭の場合は状況に合わせて適当に変えても良いのではないでしょうか。
