1.The dictionary is far and (away) the best of all.

far and away=by far:はるかに、ずっと、断然
（訳）その辞書は、すべての中で、断然最も良い。

2.Which do you [lie-->like] the best (of) all these composers?
（訳）これらすべての作曲家の中で、どちらが最も好きですか?

3.She is senior (to) everyone else in the company.
senior to:～より年上の、junior to:～より年下の
（訳）彼女は会社で他のみんなより年上です。

No,２です。

ひとつ目の回答（away)のところがfarになっていました。
far and far→　far and away.
に訂正します。
誤タイプ、お詫びします。
意味はby farの強義です。

Which do you like the best of all these composers?
She is senior to everone else in the company.

以前一度、英米人の知り合いに[which]は基本的に「which one do you like A or B?」の形で使い、選択肢が３つ以上ある場合は「what do you like the best of all?」の方が自然だと言われたことがあります。
