２．だいたいは理解できました

I understand almost.


３．最初の部分を一緒に確認したいです

Please confirm with me part of first sentence.


４．この前話した道路の件ですが

The other day , about talking road.

2. I could almost understand. or Almost I got it.(口語）
3. I'd like to make sure the first part of ・・・with you together.
4. That is about the way of ( or way to )or ・・・ , I mean ～　とか　but ～とか
すいません道路が意味する物が何か分からないので最後の部分が曖昧になりました。つまり道路工事？、道順？、道路の安全性？、会話の流れで道路の意味する物が特定されていると思うので、道路につては具体的に表現する方が良いと思います。
英語の表現はシンプルにする方が良いと思います。
