英語勉強不足で、以上内容の英訳をよろしくお願いします。

Concerning the payment detailed list, we have received a payment statement of account which shows ￥**, ** today.
Could you please send its detailed statement list?

Today (May 30, 2012) we received from Company A the invoice for **yen. We would appreciate it if you could send us the details.

「本日」と言うのは後日のため、日付を入れておくのが安全と思い、仮に五月三十日と入れておきました。
