到着が最短の船社があれば変更して頂きたいのですが可能でしょうか？

Please rush check the available boat line up and advise/use the best carrier/boat. At the same time advise her ETA ＤＰ　accordingly.

We want to get to our destination as soon as possible.

Is it possible to change our ship to another one that will get to XXX faster, if there is such a one?

少し日本語と違ってよいのなら
We want to get to XXX as soon as possible.
If there is any ship that will take us to XXX faster, could you put us in that ship?
（私たちはXXXに少しでも早く着きたいのです。もし私たちをXXXにもっと速く連れていってくれる船があるのでしたら、その船に私たちが乗れるようにしていただけますでしょうか？）
というように丁寧に言って、伝えたらどうでしょうか。
