意味としては、

この本に記されている
マスターマインド(チームワーク)の
原則を読んだあなたは……

という感じになると思いますが、

get most out of it by putting

の意味がいまひとつわかりません。

アドバイス頂けませんでしょうか。

前後の文脈としては

まず、putting で切らずに、by ～ing の部分で、
put O into practice「O を実践に移す」とつながっていきます。

さらに、O が長いと、put into practice O と逆転します。

practice の後にある、
the Master Mind principle described in the book が長い O で、
「その本に書かれている～原則を実践する」ことによって、と by ～ing で
前の動詞部分にかかります。

get O out of ～で「～から O を得る」
ここでは most が名詞的に「大部分（のもの）」
「その本から、大半のことを、得ることだろう」

実践さえすれば、本に書いていることの大半は身につく。

→それ（本）から、何か得るだろう。
You will get a lot out of it.
You will get much out of it.
→それから、多くのものを得るだろう。
★このmuchを最上級にして
You will get most out of it.
→それから、最大限のことを得るだろう。

このように考えるとわかると思います。
