The hotel we arranged is not a corporate hotel. We understand that no early check-in can be guaranteed except in cases of reservation for the night before.

We hope you understand they are not able to handle any more changes.

Please note that the arranged hotel is not (so-called) Corporate Hotel. We also have to remind you that early check cannot be guaranteed unless the reservation is made for the night before (for the preceding night). We are sorry but we are not able to accept any further request for changes. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

( ) so-called = いわゆる　　Corporate Hotelというのが今ひとつピンときませんでしたので。。。
( for the preceding night) ＝前夜 , the night before の代案です。

n is NOT guaranteed. To check-in early, the room needs to be booked from the night before. I am terribly sorry but I cannot make any further alterations. I ask for your kind understanding in this matter.

The hotel we arranged is not a corporate hotel. Also, you cannot check in earlier or we do not offer a guaranteed reservation. If you want to check in earlier, you need to book the hotel a night before. We may not give you any more changes and thank you for your understanding.
