英語で翻訳したら:　this time, I've asked to 'somayano' granny.
she' s the lady with the dyeworks shop.

Apparently, 杣や之 (Somayano) is the name of a shop dealing in dyed accessories.

The quoted sentences are probably a conversation between two women, which goes like this:

"I heard this the other day from the aunty at Somayano..."
"You mean Aunt Kakoe at the dyedworks shop, Somayano?"
