We'll just help you pretend you have whatever job it is you told her you have.
it is you told her you have.の部分なのですが、書き換えるなら、a job is that you tould her you have.かなと思うのですが、told her you haveの後に隠れているものはjobだと分かっているのですが、書き換えるとyou tould her that you haveで、目的語がないようなのですが、どうゆう用法なのでしょうか？

It is X job that you told her (that) you have.
で強調構文。

もとは
You told her (that) you have X job. です。
tell OO の後の O 内の目的語 X job を強調することができます。

どんな仕事であれあなたが彼女に持っていると言ったもの

この「どんな仕事でも」を中心とした名詞のかたまりをもう一つ、pretend (that) you have とある have の目的語として使い、
