以下の文についてby many to be of exceptionally high qualityはどういう文法が当てはまるのでしょうか。特に、to be of の訳の取り方が不明です。


Korean automobiles are now considered by many to be of exceptionally high quality, and the same is true of Korean electronics and computer components.
訳:韓国車は非常に高品質であると多くの人に見なされている。韓国の電子機器やコンピューター部品にも同じことが当てはまる。

Korean automobiles are now considered (by many) to be of (exceptionally high) quality, and the same is true of Korean electronics and computer components.

by many は、挿入。「多数の人によって」

be considered to be で、「～と考えられている」

of + 抽象名詞 ＝ 形容詞（他の例、of beauty = beautiful, of great importance = very important）
したがって、
of + ~ quality で、「高品質な」
