はそれぞれどう呼ぶのが適切なのでしょうか？

Piece of cake= Really easy; not hard

Rome was not built in a day= Be patient; It takes time to achieve great things.

"Take care of" is not correct.
Do you mean "take care" = お大事に = get well soon, take care of yourself
"take care" = 気を付けて
