オーダーno.の商品が届きましたが、3点が不良品でした。

①商品名
・ソールのラバーが削れてる
・ソール部に貼られている合皮に長すぎる箇所がある(カットミス)
・ソールの上に接着剤がはみ出ている

②商品名
・ファスナーが錆びている
・ブーツの内側に布の剥がれがある

③商品名
・ファスナーが固すぎて下がらないです。


①、②については不良箇所が写真で分かると思うので添付写真をご確認ください。
交換もしくは返品返金を希望します。

The item of order no. arrived, but 3 points were defective.

① Product name
· The rubber of the sole is scratched
· There is a part too long in the artificial leather where is attached on the sole part (There is a mistaken for cutting)
· Adhesive has protruded (spread out ) outside of the sole

② Product name
· The zipper is rusty
· There is peeling of the cloth on the inside of the boot.

③ Product name
- The zipper is too hard to pull down.

For ① and ②, please confirm the attached pictures as the defects are understood by the photograph.
I would like to exchange or refund returned.
