③何故にtakenが出てきたのか分かりません。もしかしてwasとtakenで受け身の質問なんですか？
④What did the people who saw the sceneまでが主語ですか？

（１００年前に書かれたその物語がまだ多くの人に読まれている）
①はThe story written one hundred years agoが主語でis still readの文は受け身ですか？
→そうです。The story (which was )written と関係代名詞を補うとわかりやすいですが、The story(written one hundred years ago)が主語になります。read(レッド）はread(リード）の過去分詞形で受け身です。

②のThe boy who liked reading a lotは他の言い方だと「読書が大好きだったその少年は」という意味ですか？
→そのとおりです。

③Was the boy who was hit by a car taken to the hospital?
（車にはねられた少年は病院に連れていかれましたか？）
平叙文に戻すと、
The boy(who was hit by a car) was taken to the hospital.です。
The boy(who was hit by a car)が主語の受け身の分です。
takeは連れて行く、です。
