英語力ある人いますか？？

ソネットを書くという意味不明の宿題が英語で出たんですけど書き方が全く分からなくて積んでいます。英語で書ける方いたらポイントや書き方を教えていただきたいのですが……

ソネットの代表格と言えばシェイクスピアに他ならず、これを称して14行詩とも言いますが、

これを英語を母国語としない人間が物す作業とは、一苦労どころが大変に御苦労さんだと言えます。
おそらく宿題の意図とは、英国式ソネット (English Sonnet) を用いることで、
英語固有のリズムと押韻とを体得させようとの試みでしょう。

主だった特徴として：
Heroic couplet 英雄対韻句
これは弱強五歩格 (iambic pentameter) で以って、二行ずつ (couplet) 韻を踏みます。
また韻を踏まないものを blank verse と言います。
例）
Nor friend nor foe, to me welcome you are
Things past redress are now with me past care.

Alliteration 頭韻法
シェイクスピアソネット、アングロサクソン詩の特徴。
重々しく響き、繰り返し感 (sense of repetition) を強調する。
例）
Galling the gleaned land with hot assys,
Girding with grievous siege and towns

とりあえず、Shakespeare のソネットでも詠んで、(おそれ多いですが、)雰囲気を真似て書いてみれば、どうですか。
